10 Ways to Use Clove Oil

Did you know that Clove is a powerhouse of an oil and has so many practical uses? I rub 1-2 drops on the bottoms of my feet every morning and every evening to help boost my antioxidant levels.

Here is a list of 10 ways to use Clove:
1.      To Boost the Immune System - Clove has 30x more anti-oxidants than blueberries! It’s a great oil to add to your daily routine to keep the immune system strong.
2.      For Toothaches - If you have any dental work done or have a toothache, use a drop of Clove Oil mixed with some Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply directly to the area of concern in the mouth...it works wonders! It will also temporarily numb the area.
3.      To Soothe a Sore Throat - Rub 1 drop of Melaleuca, Ginger, and OnGuard (which contains Clove) on the throat. You can also place the drops on your tongue and drink a glass of water. Please Note...it’s a little spicy, so this isn’t something for the kids.
4.      To Help Improve Cardiovascular Health - Rub 1 drop Clove oil diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil over the heart each day.
5.      As an Insect Repellent – Diffuse 3 drops of Clove oil along with Lemongrass Essential Oil to help ward insects away.
6.      Reduce Excess Gas - Rub 1 drop of Clove combined with a bit of Fractionated Coconut Oil on the abdomen.
7.      To Help Decongest the Sinuses - Diffuse 2 drops of Clove to aid in relieving mucous and loosen phlegm. You may also add 2 drops Clove with Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub onto your chest, back, and throat.
8.      To Help Balance Blood Sugar Levels - Rub 1-2 drops combined with Fractionated Coconut Oil on the feet twice a day.
9.      To Disinfect the Home - Add 10 drops of Clove to 8 ounces of water and 4 ounces of organic vinegar for an all-natural antimicrobial disinfectant to clean the kitchen and bathrooms.
10.    Stress Relief - Diffuse 4 drops of Clove, 2 drops of Lemon and 2 drops of Frankincense.
