Headache Relief - Rub 1-2 drops of Peppermint over your temples, the back of your neck, or on the area of concern.
To Relieve Sinus Pressure - Rub 1 drop over your sinuses to help make for easier breathing. Be sure to stay away from your eyes!
Fever reducer - A fever is a good thing because it helps the body fight infection, but if you’re wanting to lower your body temperature, 1-2 drops rubbed on the bottoms of the feet or on the back of the neck can help cool the body.
Natural Energizer - Stay away from the Red Bull! Diffuse 3-4 drops each of Peppermint and Wild Orange to help you stay awake and improve focus.
Sunburn Relief  - If you’ve been out in the sun a bit too long, 1 drop of Peppermint and 1 drop of Lavender combined with some Fractionated Coconut Oil can be rubbed on the area of concern to cool the skin and alleviate the burning.
To Relieve Bloating, Indigestion, Gas, or Nausea - Rub 1-2 drops on the area of concern, or if you’re comfortable, put 1 drop of Peppermint directly on your tongue and drink a glass of water.
Freshen Your Breath - Place 1 drop of Peppermint on your tongue for super fresh breath!
Respiratory Support - Rub 1 drop of Peppermint over your chest to help clear the air ways and open the lungs.
To Relieve Sore Muscles - Rub 1-2 drops of Peppermint on the area of concern.
To Reduce Stress - Diffuse 3 drops of Peppermint and 3 drops of Citrus Bliss (one of my favorites!).
