Want to Feel Fabulous?

Do you want to improve your health, but you feel tired, bloated, and can’t find the time? Do you lack a plan to keep you on track with your health goals? Do you tend to fall into old patterns instead of forging ahead with new behaviors? Do you think you are eating a healthy diet, but are frustrated when you don’t see the results you are looking for? Join me, Kristin Osowski, for my 4 Weeks to Better Health program. The objective of this program is to replace the Standard American Diet (SAD) of refined foods and beverages with whole foods. This program will help improve your health and give you the support you need to follow through with your health goals. There will be a lecture on a different health topic each week, along with scrumptious tastings of foods so that you can learn exciting ways to incorporate whole foods into your diet and experience how delicious healthy food can be. This is not a diet. You will not be asked to count calories or grams of fat. This is a lifestyle change, so the changes you make will stay with you and help you throughout your lifetime. Sounds fantastic, right? So what are you waiting for? This is the perfect time to make the change to a healthier and happier you! 
4-Week Overview:
Week 1: Create a plan and explore what is stopping you from achieving your goals.
Week 2: Learn how to effectively implement the lifestyle “tools” you are learning.
Week 3: Learn all about sugar, artificial sweeteners, and the glucose-insulin cycle that can wreak havoc on your health.
Week 4: Learn how to self-heal by relieving stress and getting quality sleep. Integrate all you have learned into your everyday life so you continue to get healthier.

We have different definitions of being fabulous. Some people were saying that it's about the clothes and accessories that we wear. But for me, being fabulous is about being confident on your own skin! Being healthy is always the key to everything, and I am happy to see that a lot of people have been realizing the importance of their health. It's fabulous because you have all the years that you want for yourself. That's an idea I want to achieve once I am old already! If you guys want to achieve it too, you need to make a shift!
