January is all about new beginnings. We start the New Year off with the best intentions. Many of us make New Year’s resolutions that we are “absolutely going to adhere to this year”, but by the end of January, we have already fallen back into same old patterns. Studies have shown that only 8% of people actually keep their New Year’s resolutions. Weight loss has been recognized as one of the most popular New Year’s resolutions, along with staying fit and being healthy. A study done by CBS Philadelphia spells out the warning signs that your health goals are at risk using the acronym CLIFF: C – Can’t find the time. L – Lack a game plan to keep you going. I – Ignore your commitment and fall into old patterns. F – Frustrated with lack of early results. F – Forget why you started

Every time there is a new year that is about to start, we should always be looking forward to be a better version of ourselves. There should always be improvement that should take place in order for our lives to keep on moving. Aiming for a better you will always be a good option because that means, you are willing to embrace several changes in life. Well, that's right!
