Are you tired, bloated, and grumpy? Are you dealing with a chronic illness or do you feel like you already live a healthful lifestyle, but still do not feel your best? ​ 
Join me on a 4-week journey to better health. I will explain the principles of a healthy diet and guide you through 4 weeks of nutritional talks to help improve your health. ​ ​This program is designed to help anyone who wants to look and feel better.
The objective of this 4-week workshop is to replace the Standard American Diet (it’s very SAD) of refined foods and beverages with whole foods. Refined foods are depleting to the body. By replacing them with whole foods, participants can recharge their batteries and begin to notice changes in the following health markers: ​

The workshop consists of a lecture on a different health topic each week. There will be yummy tastings of foods so that you can learn exciting ways to incorporate whole foods into your diet and experience how delicious healthy food can be. In addition, participants will receive educational handouts throughout the 4 weeks. These handouts will help provide a better understanding of the nutritional value of the food you are consuming. ​
This is not a diet. You will not be asked to count calories or grams of fat. This is a lifestyle change, so the changes you make will stay with you and help you throughout your lifetime. Sounds fantastic, right? So what are you waiting for? This is the perfect time to make the change to a healthier and happier you! ​

For you to find your better version, you must start with yourself. You need to allow and accept that there is something to be changed or improved in you, especially with your lifestyle. I am sure that there are ways on how we can improve ourselves, it just have to star on ourselves. By the way, I love all the tips that you mentioned above.
