​​Here are 8 Ways to use Lime Oil:

1. For extra antioxidants and immune support - add a drop of lime to your morning smoothie.
2. Diffuser blend (this blend will freshen the air and help you feel more relaxed) - Place 3 drops Lime, 3 drops Lavender and 2 drops Ylang Ylang in a diffuser. 
3. To calm anxiety or to help you sleep - Rub 1 drop of lime on the spine or the back of the neck as needed. 
4. If your digestive system is too slow - Rub 1 drop of Lime oil and 1 drop of DigestZen oil over the abdomen daily. 
5. All-natural cleaning solution - Place 2 drops of lime oil on a cotton pad and use to remove sticky residue and grease spots. Or, combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup organic vinegar and 10 drops lime oil in a glass spray bottle and use to clean the entire house. 
6. For colds, coughs, sore throat and chest congestion - Place 1-2 drops to a bowl of steaming water and inhale it. You can also mix a few drops with fractionated coconut oil, then rub it on your neck and chest.
7. To Relieve Joint Pain - Rub 1 drop of lime oil and 1 drop of Deep Blue over the area of concern.  
8. To flavor your food or beverages - Add 1 drop of lime oil to guacamole, salsa or pico de Gallo, margaritas, fresh lemonade, salad dressings, or marinades. A bottle of lime oil is so helpful in the kitchen!

1. Food Cravings
Grapefruit oil is known to lower sugar cravings and help kick sugar addiction when inhaled. Rub it onto the wrists, neck or chest or place a few drops in the palms of your hands, cup the hands over the nose and mouth, and inhale it to stave off cravings. You can also put 3 drops of grapefruit oil in a diffuser to help reduce sugar cravings.

2. Healthy Weight Management
Not only will grapefruit oil reduce sugar cravings, but it also supports healthy metabolism and may reduce appetite. Add 2 drops to water or massage the oil onto the chest and wrists when a craving strikes.

3. Lymphatic Health
Grapefruit oil is an excellent natural diuretic and lymphatic stimulant. It can help eliminate toxins and excess salt from the body. Add 2 drops to water and take internally or apply it topically over the kidneys.

5. Digestive Health and Detoxification
By increasing blood to the digestive organs, grapefruit oil helps with detoxification and has a positive effect on digestion. Mix 2 drops of grapefruit oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO) and massage over the abdomen.

6. Adrenal Support

Oregano essential oil is an incredible natural alternative that is worth trying before resorting to something that has potential side effects. You will probably be surprised at just how much 1 drop of this oil can do! It has powerful anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties.

* Note: Because it is so powerful, Oregano oil should not be used for more than 2 weeks at a time and should ALWAYS be diluted. Dilute 1:3 (1 drop essential oil to 3 drops carrier oil) when used topically. Can also be diffused. When taken internally be sure to put it in a veggie cap and add a carrier oil too, then swallow with a glass of water. Do not give to children under 6 years old, and dilute heavily in children over 6.
